10:00 am - 7:00 pm

SHOW OPENS

7:30 am Please ensure setup is completed prior to show opening.

If you need accommodations to set up outside the designated hours, please let us know.

Breakdown:

Wednesday, April 28
4:00 pm (after the last session ends) until 8:00 pm.

EXHIBITOR ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

One complimentary registration is included with every exhibitor booth or table. This individual must register using the code provided in your confirmation message, which can be done HERE. Or by sending their name and email address to Christine.

All Tables and Booths come with Electricity.

We understand that not all exhibitors require pipe and drape or electricity.

Please advise Christine if you DO NOT want/need pipe and drape or electricity. Thanks!

LARGE EQUIPMENT
Can we display vehicles in the City Center?

The City Center Main Hall can be used for the display of large equipment. Large equipment (such as a rig), but must be in place on April 26 between 8:00 am-9:00 am. Please reach out to Christine to review and set up. The vehicle access overhead door clearance is a height max of 13 feet. Wheels must be placed on wheel-boards. The use of silicone products/wheel cleaners in the building is prohibited.
