Vicki Kuo

Senior Vice President, Customer Energy Solutions

Vicki Kuo is senior vice president of Customer Energy Solutions at Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., a regulated utility providing electric, gas and steam service in New York.

She is responsible for leading the company’s customer operations, delivery of energy efficiency and demand management, heating and transportation electrification, distributed resource initiatives, rate design and advance metering infrastructure (AMI) that support a clean energy future. This includes utilizing customer-side and clean energy alternatives such as non-wires and non-pipeline solutions to help meet system demands.

Ms. Kuo’s team works with customers, policy makers and environmental advocates to shape and achieve New York’s climate goals.

Ms. Kuo has held positions of increasing responsibility within Con Edison. She’s worked in many areas including engineering, IT, strategic planning, and emerging technologies. Ms. Kuo has been at the forefront of the company’s expansion in energy efficiency for more than a decade.

She has also worked in the cybersecurity industry for a startup company as vice president of Sales for North America and later expanded to Europe.

Ms. Kuo currently serves on the board of American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and a Master of Science degree in management from New York University-Poly (formerly Polytechnic University).
