If you need accommodations to set up outside the designated hours, please let us know.

4:00 pm (after the last session ends) until 8:00 pm.

One complimentary registration is included with every exhibitor booth or table. This individual must register using the code provided in your confirmation message, which can be done HERE.

LARGE EQUIPMENT
Can we display vehicles in the City Center?
The City Center Main Hall can be used for the display of large equipment. Large equipment (such as a rig) must be in place on April 21. Please reach out to Christine to review and set up. The vehicle access overhead door clearance is a height max of 13 feet. Wheels must be placed on wheel-boards. The use of silicone products/wheel cleaners in the building is prohibited.
