All Speakers - The NY-GEO Conference Staff does our best to be flexible if you have changes to your presentation after you have submitted. We want updated content, but please try to get it to us 24 hours before your presentation and always bring your final presentation to the session on a memory stick as a backup. Thanks!
Design Track Speaker (PDH Credit) - Presentation submission deadline is March 6 Send your presentations to John Rath and/or contact him if you have questions. Good idea to copy John Ciovacco too - jciovacco@aztechgeo.com
Remember - Always a good idea to bring your presentation on a memory stick to your session in case the wheels come off!
AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT
Each presentation room will have the following equipment available:
- Laptop computer equipped with Microsoft PowerPoint / Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Projector, screen, wireless slide advance with laser pointer
- Lectern with microphone and 2 or more hand held microphones
- Computer audio if you must...
- Try to avoid showing videos or anything with audio output. We don't have a good track record of making that work reliably! We should be able to do it if it's central to your presentation, please let John Ciovacco know well in advance.
